When we checked into the hotel and arrived at our room, we noticed that we had been given a cheaper room than the one we had paid for, and the situation was not even apologized for. Also, the breakfast was disappointing. Food kept running out, and the coffee machine also ran out of milk. The staff were so busy that there was no opportunity to ask them for help. Otherwise, the hotel was nice and comfortable. I have stayed at this hotel several times before, and previously I have been very satisfied with the hotel and its services.

"Hyvä siisti hotelli!"

Sijainti on todella hyvä! Sänky oli ihana ja isot tyynyt täydelliset. Huone oli kaunis, tilava ja siisti. Aamiainen oli kiireinen ja pöytää ei meinannut saada, mutta aamupala oli monipuolinen ja hyvä.

Huoneen eteisessä olevissa ikkuinoissa ei ollut minkäänlaisia verhoja joten aikaisin aamulla huone oli ihan kirkas ja täynnä valoa. Hotellin uima-altaalla kaikki suihkut eivät toimineet kunnolla.

Location and included excellent breakfast Stuff was friendly . Plenty of of electrical outlets is a plus

Complicated shower faucet and bath location Took me awhile to figure fixture out. The sink and toilet however were simple and didn’t require engineering degree to operate . Instructions would be helpful for the foreigners
