Awful experience- this might be a hotel where they do human trafficking, the mirror might have been a two way mirror that faced the bathroom, the bathroom door was broken and they had to get tools to get my sister out of the bathroom, there were bed bugs, blood stained sheets, dirty floors and furniture. People were doing drugs in the parking lot. And I haven’t received my refund they promised me.

Since the date I booked for my family is on weekend and at the end of June , the price is much higher than regular chained inn for me . But when I saw the cleaning level is higher , I chose it for family because two of us had a slightly sensitive skin. Try to have a good sleep for trip.

I don’t know why the breakfast is not included . In my previous experience living in hotel , basically breakfast is included .

king bed had bad mattress , sagged in the middle very uncomfortable

Staff was rude male Indian clerk especially. The reservation was made for 3 adults but towel service was provided for only 1 no matter my multiple requests. Room was said to be non smoking but the chair in room 217 had burn marks as did the bed linens. There were multiple people loitering and smoking at the front door, some wheelchair bound and others seem to live in vehicles on the property. The parking lot did not seem safe.
