Phuket Merlin Hotel

We had missed our ferry to Ko Lanta and had to stay the night here. The location is not great , but our biggest issue was getting a taxi the following morning. The staff were not helpful and it made for a stressful experience.

We needed a taxi for an early ferry trip out of Phuket. The staff gave us a list of Apps which we could sign up to .....their policy is that they won't arrange a taxi for their guests. And it is not easy to get one at the hotel because it is not on a main street....I had to have an upsetting argument with the reception staff ( they eventually called one to get rid of us !) .this was the one and only time a hotel did this to me ( ever , I think ) and it was not good.

Breakfast was good, location is not best but not far from center

I was given twin room with 2 separate beds, instead of 1 king bed. My room was close to the fitness reception and sound of ringing of phone at the reception of fitness was disturbing me.

Everything is great with a big gym and big pool and nice rooms. Best hotel I stayed at for value in Phuket

Hôtel mérite largement sa note de 10. Chambre magnifique, encore plus belle que sur les photos, vue exceptionnelle sur la baie, literie incroyable. Piscine à débordement en hauteur avec vue sur toute la baie, c’est splendide. Restauration très bien, super petit déjeuner. Skywalk génial, tres original. Personnel extrêmement agréable partout, accueil à la réception parfait, merci à Nala et Wazi et à toute l’équipe de cet hôtel formidable. Organisation d’une excursion à la carte en bateau privé directement sur place, tout se fait en cinq minutes et c’était génial.
