"Final Four Weekend."

We had a great time at Brackenridge House, Lily was excellent and accommodating. The breakfasts were amazing! We walked to all the landmarks and the Riverwalk! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Brackenridge House Bed & Breakfast. Lily was our Host and she was very accommodating and friendly. The room was lovely - furnished well and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and the bedding was so comfy and cozy! We never moved our vehicle - everything we wanted to do was in walking distance: Riverwalk, Alamo Street. We hope to return very soon.

I loved the history of this iconic landmark property - a real jewel to find hidden between lush, fragrant canopies in an historic suburb of Austin! This picturesque getaway was so soothing for the soul, coupled with a dynamic duo who run the property and a rather charismatic little pup - not to mention the manager. Really, an all-round 5-star team! Full marks for hospitality, authenticity and charm.

That I couldn't stay longer!! :)
