Reception opening hours: Sunday to Friday: 9:00-12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please note that breakfast costs EUR 5 for children from 3 to 10. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. Please note that bed linen and towels can be changed during your stay at an extra fee of EUR 9 per person. Please note that end-of-stay cleaning (for stays of 7 nights or more) is the guest's responsibility. A fee will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean upon departure. A "Final cleaning except kitchenette" option can be booked at reception or in advance via the reservations department. Contact the residence directly or the reservations department for pricing. The residence accepts pets, with a maximum of two per accommodation unit, at a rate of €10 per night or €59 per week. A deposit may be required at the property.

Bon emplacement près d’un lac avec de belles balades Navette gratuite pour le marché de Bergerac

Pas de Wc en rdc il faut monter à l’étage Pièce principale pour les repas très exigüe Manque de personnel pas très présent. Autrement dit si vous n’avez besoin de rien c’est parfait Piscine et sauna hors fonction aspect négligé

l'accueil formidable, cordial, très à l'écoute, bon conseil pour se rendre à pieds au centre de Bergerac avec plan à l'appui + balade autour de l'établissement, étang. Le clos des vignes est proche du centre de Bergerac (35 minutes à pieds dont une grande partie dans de la verdure et le long d'un ruisseau) mais reste en limite de Bergerac = espaces calmes. prêt d'un grille pain. Frigidaire et lave vaisselle neuf. Balcon de taille agréable avec vue sur piscine. Piscine très agréable et chauffée, moitié couverte, moitié en extérieur=permet d'en profiter un maximum.

Nous avons juste constaté que le mobilier est assez vétuste dans le séjour.

Le mobilier canapé pas du tout confortable manque de vaisselles Fuite d'eau dans l 'appartement sans que se soit réparé (1 semaine quand même).il nous on débiter sur notre compte 400euros de contion on n'a pas de nouvelles pour le remboursement car ses une mauvaise manipulation et il n' y a personne qui ses comment faire affaire à suivre donc vous comprendrez que je ne suis pas satisfait de mon séjour radiateur bon a changer il Etienne le chauffage sans que l'on puisse géré on avait pas toujours chaud inadmissible
