Reception opening hours: Sunday to Friday: 9:00-12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please note that breakfast costs EUR 5 for children from 3 to 10. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. Please note that bed linen and towels can be changed during your stay at an extra fee of EUR 9 per person. Please note that end-of-stay cleaning (for stays of 7 nights or more) is the guest's responsibility. A fee will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean upon departure. A "Final cleaning except kitchenette" option can be booked at reception or in advance via the reservations department. Contact the residence directly or the reservations department for pricing. The residence accepts pets, with a maximum of two per accommodation unit, at a rate of €10 per night or €59 per week. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Leuk verblijf goede locatie en perfect voor een niet te dure vakantie. Heel mooie streek ook!"

Zwembad en dat het vlak bij een meer was + heel mooi stadje

Het gras was niet gemaaid, dus onderhoud van het groen. De appartementen waren ok maar de maissonnetjes mochten properder. Ook de pingpongtafel werd weggenomen.

"Nous n’y retournerons pas"

Le logement était beaucoup trop petit pour 6 personnes. Les escaliers grincent, c’est une horreur. Les toilettes fuient. Le lit gigogne trop petit pour deux adultes. Il y avait trop de bruit surtout le soir après 22h, des cris, des jeunes qui n’étaient pas encadrés. Obligé de faire le ménage alors que c’était compris dans la location. Accueil acceptable et personnel acceptable. Nous n’y retournerons pas!

"Descriptif erronné entrainnant des frias supplémentaires pour un nouveau logement"

J'avais demandé un logement avec Toilettes et chambre au RDC pour 2 personnes agées confirmé par mail lors de la réservation. Au final, un lit gigogne et les WC à l'étage. J'ai du relouer un autre logement en urgence. Pas d'état des lieux à l'arrivé, mais en sortie sans notre présence, aucune infos sur la restitution de notre caution. Énormément de bruit des voisins, mauvaise insonorisation. Bref, à fuir, un logement inadapté pour 5 adultes prévus.

La nature environnante, avec le lac à proximité, le calme, facilité pour garer son véhicule et bon rapport qualité prix. Je reviendrai et je recommande cet établissement.

"Du très bas de gamme"

L'amabilité du personnel ,les matelas!!

Les équipements d'un autre siècle, le manque d'entretien des extérieurs, la taille minuscule de la pièce de vie pour 8 personnes, une seule salle de bain et un seul WC pour 8. Bref du très bas de gamme.
