Hampton Inn & Suites Seal Beach

Nice staff, great breakfast, fresh orange juice! Comfortable room, fairly clean (with some exceptions). Fairly quiet, but our room was across the parking lot from a vet and the dogs barked often when they got out of the car. Restaurants nearby within walking distance (Mexican, Asian, Pizza). Newspaper available, hot coffee always available. Plenty of parking right in front of and behind hotel.

Room should have been cleaner and vacuumed more often. Staff sometimes hard to locate at certain times (in the evening, they were in back behind a wall and we had to call out loudly, but politely, to get someone to come to the front desk.

I should have known better. I stayed at this hotel last year and thought it was awful. It still is awful. They still don't have sheets that fit the bed. They still run leaf blowers around 7AM to wake you up. The manager is still never there. I would say avoid at all cost. If you look at my reviews I never give a 1. I have to on this one. It was so awful that I just checked out after checking the room for short sheets. Called Hilton line and moved to another hotel. I refuse to spend another night in that hotel with the sheets flipping off and ending up on the bare mattress. I would assume this is some kind of health violation. This hotel is fairly high priced for a Hampton and not even that close to the water

the room was very nice but the carpet looked extremely stained.

The breakfast was excellent. The coffee was the best I ever had. The eggs were fabulous
