Hello, First night my friend who I shared the room as the other guest with went into the jacuzzi and cut their foot open, badly. We let the staff know that it was unsafe and blood in the jacuzzi. Either the metal base of the railing or possibly glass cut my friend’s foot. They took about 20 minutes to come out to the pool area to give my friend a bandaid and some cleaning wipes. We made sure it was all documented and reported. My friend had lots of walking to do this weekend and was extremely inconvenienced. The staff closed off the jacuzzi and told us the General Manager contact us. It’s been well over a week and no contact. We’re very disappointed in the follow up from the management team and will never stay at this establishment again. I would love to speak with someone about this. Thank you, Daniel

Clean place to stay and convenient parking. Close by Long Beach and short drive to Asia Garden Mall with a variety of vietnamese and asian food options. Hot food in the breakfast is limited but does the job. Will stay here again.

I don’t like to make a big stink about things, but in this case the room smelled and the follow up stunk, Been staying at this hotel since it opened 15-20 ago. Past stays have been fine, great location and over the years great staff. Unfortunately this time it wasn’t the case. Experienced sewer smell in bathroom. They attempted to fix to no avail. The staff offered to send maintenance back up or change rooms. This scenario wasn’t workable because we were very busy preparing for a big event. Being interrupted by maintenance or moving rooms should not have been an asked to talk to the manager, not available. Requested to have manager call me the next day, that was three days ego still no call. Completed survey asked to be contacted about the issue. No follow up by Hampton Inn or Hilton. Unacceptable room condition and total lack customer service

Very easy to get to off the freeway, fast food and stores are close by for suplys

The woman that checked me in late on Wednesday July 23rd was a life saver. After issues with my bank and layover problems and rental car issues she was a sigh of relief for my son and I. She went above and beyond for us and I’m forever grateful

Nice and comfortable hotel with good breakfast

Clean rooms with all the basic amenities. Breakfast had a good enough selection. Pool and hot tub hit the spot. A nice stay for the night.
