Weekend our room was not clean. Hotel services were limited due to a management/ ownership change. Staff was excellent and were very helpful. Bistro management/ chef was very helpful considering all of the changes and limitations.

"By far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had!"

The only positive was that the front desk accommodated a late checkout, as I was in town for a funeral and unable to leave by noon.

The HVAC unit was so noisy that I had to turn it off just to fall asleep. Unfortunately, my rest was still disrupted by the sound of the guest upstairs — their TV, shower, and later even their snoring — all of which made for a terrible night’s sleep.

"A great place for a family or solo traveler to stay."

The location is very convenient and the room was spacious and comfortable. Additionally, there is ample close, free parking.

I had prepaid through booking.com but when I arrived it was not recorded with the hotel. I had to pay a second time to check in and then spend 30-45 minutes having booking.com call the hotel to get it fixed. That said, when the manager arrived on duty she was wonderful and the mix up was remedied.
