Pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff all around. The room was updated and clean, even the elevators were nice and quick ;). The beds were quite comfortable. The hotel let us do a small thing in the lobby for our employees which was very nice. The only hiccup if we had to name one was that breakfast was slow to be served. Highly recommend if you are in the Memphis / Collierville area.

Could hear my neighbors on both sides of the room and the train whistle at night. I have computer monitors as large as the television. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable

"Nice place with nice people"

Overall the hotel was really nice and the people were especially helpful. The room was indoor pool were comfortable and the only thing I would change would be to turn the heat up on the water heaters. My bath and shower were both lukewarm at best.

The hotel is in a nice, quite, and upscale part of Memphis suburb Collierville. It shares a parking lot with a large Dillards department store so shopping is convenient. The room was clean and updated. Enjoyable stay.
