"Excellent"

This hotel was good. The rooms and hotel itself were very clean. Good breakfast and they had a mini store for snacks. My only gripes are the beds were a little hard for me and my bones. I'm 44 but geez it still wasn't comfortable. The pool was an indoor pool and it was freezing cold.

"Okay stay but never again"

The first day we got there the system was down so we didn’t get a key card. The front desk had to open the door for us to get into the room. We didn’t get the key card until the next day in the evening. The third day they didn’t clean the room we had to get someone in the front desk to look into it. Overall it was an ok stay, we will not be going back there!

Water pressure was bad, no pressure at all in 4 floor, pool area was like sauna really hot, also was lack towels for pool or rooms

It would be courteous for someone to call me as they promised

Had to clean my room every day and take the linen and towels downstairs every evening and get new ones....how and why is the reason I don't know...quite disappointed

The location was great for the trips purpose. Everything was easy to find. The hotel lobby was amazing. The kids really loved the aquarium in the lobby

The pillows could be a little firmer
