La ubicación.

Reserve para dos adultos dos menores, cuando llegue me indicaron que debía pagar $270 por una persona por que solo era para 3. Pedi al supervisor y lo negaron, le dije te lo pago pero voy a denunciar a Profeco y en Booking, y finalmente no me cobraron ese extra. Me argumentaron que es problema del portal de booking que el hotel no se hacia responsable por lo que ofrecen en booking. En la publicidad de booking indica que hay estacionamiento incluido, pero cobran $85 por día, lo tuve que pagar. Incluye desayuno básico, es como continental en formato bufet (chilaquiles, huevo, frijoles, pan de barra, fruta, café, leche, jugos, te). Es una habitación y baño muy muy pequeña. Las camas son individuales, y dormir ahí dos personas es incomodo. No regresare a esta cadena de hoteles.
