The place is vmclean, it is safe, besarse it is in a City mall and conveniently located.

It does not have parking for guests. Parking fee must be paid to the mall facility. Rooms are unconfortably small, they do not provide guests with the basic amenities in bathrooms. No closets, just a freaky tiny space to place luggage, the same used as desk. Breakfast is shameful, they do not care to have enough food ready to serve all clients. Probably this was the lousiest thing I experienced during my stay there. The hotel is ok for one night but I would not recommend it for a longer stay.

Probably the not so bad thing about the property is the location, which is somewhat centric

- parking comes at an extra cost and the number of spaces “reserved” for the hotel are very few and since the hotel is part of a shopping mall available parking spaces are not so close to the elevator that can take you to the hotel - breakfast not always started on time, but the service ended as communicated during check in so you had to rush if for any reason you couldn’t get to the dining area early enough. Also the staff seemed to have some organizing/planning issues as most of the time when one or more of the dishes had run out it took them a while to replenish them - there were a couple of days when we returned to the room late in the afternoon and we found the door unlocked - the rooms are very small and so is the shower which makes it hard for someone my size to comfortably get a shower, also the door of the shower didn’t prevent the water from leaking into the rest of the bathroom and to top it all the tank of the bathroom seat had a water leakage which was reported to the front desk but whatever repair was done didn’t fix the issue 100%

Todo, la sen̈orita que nos atendio (por la noche ciando llegamos) perdió mi INE, luego tuvimos que buscarla 0or todo su escritorio, y la tenían Escondido, algo muy sospechosos el hotel necesita mucho mantenimie to, las camas son terribles.
