I wouldn't know

I got there after hiking for 9 straight hours, ready to get in the hot tub and pool only to be told that the hotel was oversold and they do not know how I was able to book. It was 9pm and I had to find a place for us to stay. As soon as I walked in the lady told me that. So why couldn't I have been contacted?

"Didn’t stay, smoking room. Too stinky."

The front desk lady was great. She did not charge us because all she had was a smoking room and it was stinky and not good. We ended up cancelling our reservation.

We booked a room and it was a smoking room even though the confirmation said it was a nonsmoking facility. The front desk lady was so nice, and didn’t charge us. I now have to fight booking .com for a refund.

"A Week in London"

The fact that, as adults, we were able to get a smoking room. The staff was quite friendly.

The room phone rang every morning at 6am. The bathtub didn't drain very well.
