Easy check in, good communication with friendly staff who were very accommodating to our check in and late check out requests. The place feels really idyllic- a real peaceful haven away from the centre, with beautiful birds and a wonderful pool area. The suite was very spacious and the bed was comfy, the parking was also a nice bonus.

The noise from the flat upstairs was unbearable in the early hours of the morning meaning any relaxation we were hoping for was badly affected. Perhaps consider placing rugs on the floor because the noise of moving furniture from the flat above in the bedroom downstairs is really really bad, we also had kids running around upstairs sounding like mini elephants. We also had someone bang on our walls when we were simply sat in the living room talking so the noise insulation must be bad. A wardrobe in the bedroom would also be useful, the floors had not been mopped and were quite dirty, but we arrived early so perhaps an oversight. The living room area in the exec suit also left much to be desired. We did not want to use it, it felt odd without a TV and a random single bed in there, not cosy at all. There was only one decent sized glass to drink from which felt odd. Overall I would definitely return but not to the same room and perhaps at a time less popular with children as they did also take over the pool area meaning we also couldn't relax there as much as we would have liked.

L emplacement est idéal et proche de tout. Les propriétaires très gentils et les explications claires. La vue, la piscine. Le logement est impeccable.

En voyant les photos, effectivement je m attendait à quelle chose de plus joyeux. Les jardins verts que l on voit n appartiennent je pense qu au propriétaire. L appartement est très sombre et nécessite que l on allume les lumières de jour comme de nuit. Les bâtiments mériteraient un bon coup de ravalement. Nous n avons pas du tout apprécié d avoir un ouvrier avec une échelle sur notre terrasse au moment du petit déjeuner ( même si il etait très gentil) pour recouvrir la toiture. On aurait aimé être prévenu car nous sommes en vacances et patons pour la tranquillité. Nous avons tout de même passé 3 jours sympa

The setting was around lovely 🥰 gardens with beautiful views and the pool 🏊‍♀️ was great. The big dining area outside the kitchen window was lovely to sit at when we are at the apartment. John was very helpful and very kind showing us restaurants etc in Alcitrezza and taking us to the supermarket as we didn’t have a car. He also arranged a taxi to take us back to Catania at the end of our stay.

It was a bit cool inside especially at night. I think it was the construction of the property. But I think the air conditioning could also be set to warm?
