The hotel is incredible for kids , the pools are so clean and huge with so many to pick from , the staff are friendly and kind , the kids activities are fantastic , amazing food at the hotel. Italian restaurant at the front of the hotel is also top tier.

Upon check in we were advised that a convention was being held at the hotel with over 150 people from Bangladesh. This meant breakfast was moved to the front of the hotel and that me and my husband could only get a room with 2 single beds , slightly disappointing considering we booked this hotel months in advance. The convention really made the hotel a loud , noise filled place , people swimming in clothing and shower caps , smoking marajuana throughout the hotel , taking pictures of you whilst relaxing by the pool. I do wish consideration would be made to let guests know of such a big group prior to an upcoming stay.

Location and great facilities

There was a mistake on my booking through booking.com as I booked a twin room and was assigned a king bed. When I called the hotel the day before they could not change it until I arrived. Which they did.
