The gardens and the bars were particularly nice and the breakfast was excellent.

We were disappointed with this venue. It does not deserve its five star rating. It is marketed as somewhere very special to stay and it did not live up to its market positioning at all! The venue is tired and the overall experience is four star at best. The food in the Cedars restaurant was completely underwhelming and expensive. The 1:30am fire alarm was very badly handled by staff. No explanation and no apology.
