Bunch of crackheads running in and out at all hours noisy didnt sleep at all

Tolit overflowed all the way out in to the entire room damaged some of my belongings had to change rooms immediately horrible experience also was unable to use phone you have to pay saying you can only call inside the hotel for free also no attendent until 10 am so the manager Deb really helped out so thank you

Rooms were close together initially.

Cleanliness - bedbugs, roaches. Lack of typical hotel amenities. Breakfast was not included although advertised as part of the price. Adult autistic sons were traumatized - one had bedbugs bites on his torso; the other couldn't sleep after he heard what sounded like a gun shot.

Simple and affordable.

The room was not clean and it smells bad ... there is no one in front desk I will not stay there again Also the bed was not clean i found a hair in the bed ...thats to say sheeets never changed never been cleaned...bad sorry

NEVER again!! I'm sorry not sorry but I had to back up and run out of my room at 5 am this morning because there were roaches flying and crawling around my room. There was a dead one in toilet when I got in. I don't know what those 10/10 reviews were about but either somebody is lying or I just got the short creepy crawler end of the stick.

Amazing how one person at the hotel can sour the whole experience. I checked in at the front desk, and was not happy with the experience. The pool was closed, and check in person acted like it was my fault for not not seeing notice on web site stating as much. Then I asked for help logging in with the wi fi, and I was treated very poorly.
