The staff were helpful and accommodating. The facilities were worn and shabby. The sink barely drained and the room had minimal amenities. It advertised breakfast, but there was only coffee with coffee mate, stale packaged muffins and nutrition bars— no place to sit. It was served on a counter in the entrance lobby.

Supposed to be non smoking, but my room reeked of cigarette smoke. It got into my bags and my clothes and everything. So gross. There was also broken glass in the grassy areas for the dogs.

The curtains were visibly dirty, and overall cleanliness was lacking. Additionally, the staff were unhelpful and not very cooperative, which made the stay even more frustrating.

Very disappointing experience. The property was outdated, not clean, and not worth the high price charged. During the winter storm, there was no support — snow wasn’t cleared, and we were pressured to extend our stay. Extended Stay America needs better management, proper cleaning, and more professional staff.

I love the location, and the staff that worked at the Check-In counter were very polite, courteous and friendly.

I tried to take a shower Saturday morning, and the water was ice cold. I ran the shower for a few minutes and it was still ice cold. So I had to wash up in the bathroom sink with cold water.
