Petit hotel a taille humaine très bien situé. La qualité des petites touches design qui rendent le séjour plus zen. le calme des parties communes y compris l ascenseur. Le petit déjeuner très complet.

Excellent location in the heart of Valencia, within easy walking distance of the old town, restaurants and main attractions. • Generally a quiet hotel despite its central location. • The rooftop terrace is a lovely feature, with a small swimming pool and bar that provide a welcome escape from the busy city streets

Our room was directly underneath the rooftop pool. While the terrace itself is a great idea, we could clearly hear water being pumped in and out of the pool, as well as music from the rooftop bar, which may not be to everyone's taste. • The biggest issue was the air conditioning. Guests cannot control it from the room; it can only be adjusted by reception. There seemed to be no clear logic as to when it was switched on or off. The room became uncomfortably hot at night, and we had no way of controlling the temperature ourselves, which significantly affected our sleep and overall comfort.

Nulla da dire sulla struttura, buona posizione per visitare il centro e per avviarsi lungo il parco. Hotel pulito e con una bella terrazza. Colazione ottima con una ragazza Italiana davvero gentile.

Non ci siamo mai sentiti così maltrattati da una receptionist in vita nostra! Indisponente. Appena entrati al solo nostro Buongiorno,ha insinuato che avevamo sbagliato Hotel,che probabilmente non sapevamo usare la tecnologia. Questo Senza nemmeno chiederci i nominativi. Per non parlare, una volta verificato che l hotel era quello prenotato, su come è proseguito il check in. Io ero allibita, abbiamo fatto notare che il cognome pronunciato non era corretto(in maniera gentile,non mi sembra un offesa )e ha continuato a parlare male su come "lei non fosse tenuta a parlare la nostra ljngua" mah, veramente su questo avrei da ridire,ad ogni modo era solo un chiarimento per evitare errori di prenotazione. Brutta brutta esperienza. Mi spiace ma non consiglieremo questo hotel.
