Lokalizacja hotelu - przy plaży. Uprzejmość personelu.

Hotel brudny, stary. W pokoju podłoga bardzo brudna, wszędzie czarne włosy (w łazience na drzwiach i ścianach), lampa przy łóżku bardzo zakurzona. Deska toaletowa stara. Kanapa śmierdziała moczem. Lodówka była w środku brudna, czarna. Suszarka na ubrania na tarasie nie była gotowa do użycia - nikt jej nie czyścił i nie używał od dawna. Czystość w pokoju, na tarasie i ogólnie w hotelu - zostawia wiele do życzenia. Pokój położony od strony ulicy, przez zamknięte okna było wszystko słychać, każde auto, motor, czy rozmowy ludzi. Hotel absolutnie nie zasługuje na 4*. Z pewnością nie wybierzemy się tam ponownie.

Hotelli on hyvällä sijainnilla. Uima-allasalue oli mukava. Huoneet olivat siistit, modernit ja mukavan kokoiset.

Peittoina erittäin epähygieeniset huovat. Yäk. En voinut kuvitella, että tällaiseen ratkaisuun törmää tänä päivänä, että peittona on viltti, jonka väliin laitetaan vain yksinkertainen lakana ihoa vasten. Erittäin epähygieenistä. Saimme untuvatäkit, kun niitä erikseen pyysimme. Aamupalapaikka on meluisa eikä erityisen viihtyisä. Terveellisiä vaihtoehtoja soisi olevan enemmän. Kahvikoneet ovat hitaita. Kannattaisi ottaa muista hotelleista mallia ja siirtyä pöytäkohtaisiin termoskannukahvitarjoiluihin. Henkilökunnalla kesti pitkään selvittää asioita, joista kysyimme ja pyysimme korjaamaan majoitukseemme liittyen. Erikseen pyydetty amupala aikaisin viimeisenä aamuna oli pettymys. Pelkät kahvit, keksejä muovipakkauksessa, banaani ja omena...

great staff going out of their way to be helpful! pretty good quality of food at breakfast and dinner, the selection was solid too. the entire place always felt exceptionally fresh & clean and you can tell some renovations are comfortingly recent even if most of décor, furniture, flooring felt very cheap (especially in the room and in the residential floor hallway). a lot of various spaces for working but especially for chilling in common areas. obviously a very convenient location right next to the beach.

the place is critically underserved by elevators! I never thought it's something I'd notice in a hotel but the two rather small (though nominally six-person) elevators for the whole thing are a disaster. in a property overcrowded in high season, constantly waiting for an elevator to come to move between floors 0 and 6 was a major physical challenge for the senior family member I was staying with and, anecdotally, was generally a major pain for other guests (who we had the fortune to meet while waiting for the elevator). the wi-fi never connected on a single of the four devices between apple and android that we had. again, very cheap feeling furniture in the room labeled "suite." at least one of the days, loud full-on construction work started on the roof seemingly right above my room, through the whole AM, with no advance warning or matter-of-fact acknowledgement or compensation! beside the fact that you have to pay daily to rent a sunlounger at the beach from their partner company (?) whose "special" rental rates they advertise at the front desk, those guys on the beach charge really inconsistently, i.e. eur 15 today but eur 19 tomorrow (when the front desk memo rate is 18…) which in itself is not that cumbersome but just adds to the confusion. and then, the last night of our stay, they put on random music in the loudspeakers of our hallway AT 11:30 PM……… I thought it was a fluke but it stayed on for at least half an hour…… loud enough to be heard through the door and obviously prevent from going to sleep!

Hola estábamos de vacaciones con mi hijo tiene 18 años, celebramos si graduación y que mejor lugar que en Salou, nos encantó, muy familiar, limpieza, todo muy bonito y la atención al cliente impecable, el comedor desayuno variedad riquísimo, mil y mil gracias recomendable total, volvemos pronto :)

Todo muy bien no complaints.

La ubicación y el tamaño de la cama y de la habiyación

El primer día no estaba la habitación y el baño del todo limpio. Además el.ascwnsor estaba estropeado y tuvimos que subir seis pisos a pie con maleta.
