From now; my favorite hotel. Everything was perfect. Very warm and nice welcome in the reception. The room was wonderful. Very cozy and genuine. Superb bed and linnen. Great complementary coffee. The location; smack in the middle of stockholm. Also had a very tasty dinner at the hotels restaurant. Breakfast was excellent, 5 stars:) Thank you. We will be back ❤️

Lovely hotel at great location. This French inspired hem in the very heart of the city makes you want to come back again and again. The rooms are not spacious but on the other hand this is clearly stated in the description of the rooms. Room is cozy and we even have a big tub. Breakfast is above average but not near the best one you can get in town. One last advise: do not book the restaurant. We had moules and steak, neither the food or the service was more than a 2/5, there are many way better French bistros in Stockholm.

Location is really good, super close to the city center.

Staff was unfriendly. Upon arrival staff in reception gave me a discount voucher for the hotels bistro restaurant that we could use during our stay, to our dissapointment the restaurant was closed for our whole stay, and I think it was very rude of the staff to even offer the voucher, they should know when the restaurant is open. Addition to that the bathroom situation was horrible. When you showered all of the water slided under the door into the whole bathroom. The only drain was inside the shower, so once the whole floor was wet, it didn’t dry at all during the day.
