First Residence Hotel

A very nice room with a wonderful view including the sea in the distance. We were fortunate to make use of a private beach within a 5-min walk from the hotel, one of the perks staying there. In fact a very nice spot when choosing Chaweng beach. Very friendly and attentive staff on a daily basis.

Beatiful but older hotel not far away from hearth of Chaweng. You definitely need a motorbike

The hotel is next to main road, so you can hear all cars which are passing by, mainly when you are on the pool

The room was clean, and had everything we needed. Good value for money. Sadly the water pressure on the 4th floor was low and had almost no hot water, which made the bathroom experience meh. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was suboptimal, as while it is close to the beach, there is no public beach access in the proximity of it. You need to walk 20+ min to get to the first public beach. This did not hinder our stay as we visited the nearby islands for day trips, but it was unexpected.

Personnel was very helpfull, however the hotel is outdated and requires urgent renovation. Hotel has access to private beach which is very important.

Outdated rooms, not really clean
