Samui First House Hotel

Juste la piscine.

Déjà le personnel pas aimable du tout. J'avais demandé à faire un check in plus tôt quelque jour avant aucune réponse de leur part. En regardant il leur rester des chambres de libre comme la mienne mais impossible de check in avant 10h30 sachant que je suis arrivé à 7h45 à l'hôtel car mon vol était de 6h a 7h. Donc pour vous dire que je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit donc très fatiguée. Le personnel pas souriant du tout seule la femme de ménage était souriante donc la note de 4 est pour elle. En me donnant ma chambre la personne voit que je galère avec mes bagages aucune aide de sa part une premiere elle me regardait galéré tout en étant pressé...j'ai donc dû aller à ma chambre seule aussi elle m'a dit c'est le bâtiment la bas au premier étage...super quoi j'ai donc dû redescendre chercher mon bagage sachant que ma chambre était dans un autre bâtiment que l'accueil. J'arrive dans la chambre pas de fenêtre juste une porte opaque qui donne sur la salle de bain qui elle même donne sur le balcon inutile. J'ai pris un bain comment vous dire que l'eau s'en allait toute seule donc le bain n'a pas fait long feu. Donc en gros je ne recommande pas du tout mais pas du tout !!!!

Отель отличный останавливаемся уже четвертый раз здесь . Расположение удобное не далеко от пляжа пляж тихий не насыщенный людьми

It's very quiet. The hotel has a beautiful private beach. There are plenty of breakfast options nearby. I rented a motorcycle right in front of my building for access to the entire island. I stay here whenever I come to Samui.

It's perfect for me.

De ligging van het hotel was perfect. Echter kwamen we hier pas aan het einde van onze vakantie achter toen we in een ander hotel sliepen. De receptie had ons niet verteld dat we naar het strand konden lopen. Heeft ons veel geld gekost elke keer.

De communicatie vanuit de receptie. En onze kamer zat in een ander gebouw dan het hotel. Echt achtergesteld en oud. Dit vond ik heel erg jammer. Leek niet op de foto’s.
