"Good hotel in a nice location."

The reception girl speaks excellent English and very helpful. Some training required for the breakfast staff, but all helpful and willing.

"super mais...."

En arrivant à 7h am, j'ai eu chambre en attendant celle que j'avais réservé : super! Mais à midi : on me dit que ma chambre standard n'était pas disponible et que je garderai la petite chambre pour une nuit.J'ai ralé (un français, c'est normal), le gérant est arrivé et ma offert une suite (80m²) pour le même prix : super!

close to town. able to walk there within ten minutes. however it's near houses so may not be a good location to unwind.

"Luang Prabang un lugar apacible"

Buen hotel, algo alejado de la zona del movimiento, pero en diez minutos caminando llegábamos al mercado nocturno de Luang Prabang, algo que merece visitar todas las noches.

"peut mieux faire"

ok , globalement , mais la salle de bains de la chambre pas propre, salle de gym avec machine hors service, repas chers , et petit dejeuner limite. piscine ,un plus.

"A good place for a few nights in Luang Prabang"

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was just a short walk to the main areas. Wifi was good. Breakfast was fine. Overall, a good place to stay in Luang Prabang

"family visit Dec 2014"

Staff were brilliant with our baby (especially reception)a slight downside was the hardwood floors which were very slippy especially for our baby and the bed had a frame that stuck out and he fell against this and cut his back. The breakfasts could have been much better, but overall a nice place to stay and within easy walking distance of the main old town area.
