We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay. The room was spacious and well appointed the staff were attentive and professional the food was excellent and the grounds were fantastic! In a town like Manali such beautiful spacious mature well maintained gardens become an oasis. We could not recommend Banon Resorts more highly. Carol and Nick Cradock (retired NZ)

It was beautifully maintained property. Rooms/ cottages were very clean. Food was good quality and room service was quick enough too.

"Disappointing"

This so called 4 star property by Booking site is actualy a 3 star property and did not have even 3 star like facilities. No hot water. No cable connection. We have to ask for these services. Complimentry water supplied in open used water bottles. Electric switches are not working. Staf was rude.. .

As above. The dogs were rooming inside reception area.

"Stay was excellent with all the amenities close to the property"

The property is well located in old manali close to cafes and river. Customer service was fantastic and views from balcony were mesmerising. I would highly recommend this property especially for families and friends.
