1) The check-in area/sign was different to find as it was hidden. 2) The door to my room had a major safety issue; it would not stay closed. There were no locking mechanisms on the door. 3) The room was outdated and the countertops, along with the bathroom door, were damaged,

Loved the staff, they were very good and caring. We like all of them.

What breakfast, it was nonexistent! Worse hotel breakfast I have ever seen. Good thing the room had capabilities to cook and prepare. Your breakfast was horrible and really hurts us coming back. Since we had a long stay, a nice breakfast would have been great.
