Friendly and helpful staff, great location on a quiet street but very near to centre of town. Lovely comfortable room and an excellent breakfast

Nothing. It rained so we couldn’t use the pool but not the property’s fault!

The room was comfortable and well furnish. The inn has a relaxing atmosphere. It is close to stores and restaurants.

I liked everything

It's just ok in my opinion. It is in a very convenient area for easy walking but the quality of the rooms could be improved. We were hot every night and set the ac to 68 and then 66 but it didn't seem to make any difference. They must be controlled. The bed was uncomfortable as there was quite a dip in the mattress and the pillow wasn't great. The floor seems to be linoleum that is loose and has air pockets underneath in certain areas. Breakfast was good but outside in open air - muffins, cheese souflees, boiled eggs and fruit. The bathroom was spacious and nice but there is no lighted or magnifying mirror for applying makeup! That is always a nice amenity at a hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the big family room with King bed and pull out sofa and it was huge! Big bathroom/shower as well. This was perfect for our family of four. Also had a mini kitchen area with fridge, etc, and small table to eat at. We were genuinely shocked at how nice the room was. The pool and hot tub were a massive reason we booked this place and they were very fun and not busy, though the pool is quite cold! My parents have just moved to this area, so we will definitely be back and be staying here. I also LOVED all the staff. Everyone was so friendly and chatty. Breakfast was fab as well!

The pool was cold, but got used to it once in. We came over the August bank holiday, so prices were much higher than they probably should have been, but i understand we went during the holiday.

We had a lovely stay - the inn is easily walkable to dozens of restaurants and shops, and just a quick drive to Chateau Montelana and the Castle. The staff was great, and the room was well appointed and spacious. We especially appreciated the included breakfast.
