Staff are wonderful

There was a horrible incident in the lobby at breakfast time between the staff and guests. The staff argued not only with my guest but with other guests in the lobby in front of children. The staff almost got into a fight with another guest. The front desk employees had to separate them. Then the front desk employees started arguing with my guest. The hot tub didn't work, our air went out or froze up in the middle of the night. The hallways were horribly hot. The prices went up for some kids sporting event. All of that being said, it was the way we were treated in the lobby that morning was the reason for my negative review. It was very unprofessional and unacceptable. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Reasonable price situayed among many other hotel options. Well lit outside, clean and quiet rooms. Breakfast was excellent. Co.pliments to the chef

Clean and comfortable. Property is a little dated but was great for a one night stay while traveling. Good breakfast and easy check in.
