"Eh price was good for a beach area, but the room was not good."

The staff was really friendly, location was good and price was good.

The room was very underwhelming, towels had brown stains. The shower had a drip that was loud and so constant the bathroom floor stayed wet. The entire bathroom floor was covered in water no matter how many times we dried it.

"Very Good"

The room was large and I liked the refrigerator and microwave. The bed was super comfortable The room and bathroom was very clean. The location was great too

The walls are very thin and there was lots of noise from the people on either side of my room. The stairs outside were super dirty. The people that were staying there were loud and didnt have any manners. I guess at that price, those are the people you can expect

A very nice room at a reasonable rate and right down the street from our concert venue (The Siren). Check in was easy and the bed was very comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

"Excellent"

Room was very average at best. On par for the price though, it was one of the lower cost options in downtown Morro Bay. We only stayed for 1 night and didn't need anything luxurious. It's walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, coffee. Nothing special, but not terrible either.

The staff was very friendly and the family suite was very big and all the necessary amenities. It was so conveniently located by everything.

I have just a few minor suggestions. 1) it would be nice if the mini refrigerator in the room also included a freezer for ice packs. It would have been nice to have a few more trash receptacles in the suit besides the bathroom and the strongest suggestion I have is that you switch around the configurations of the bedrooms. The queen bed should have been in the room with the small half bath rather than the two twins in the room with the bathroom. It's customary here in the US to have the on suite bathroom be the master bedroom.
