Riad Palais Calipau

Ce riad est un vrai petit paradis. L'intérieur est magnifique et calme, on se sent en dehors du temps. Il y a une belle végétation autour de la piscine. Presque plus beau en réalité que sur les photos. Le personnel est adorable, discret et toujours à l'écoute. Le restaurant est très bon et copieux avec un prix raisonnable. Le roof top est aussi très sympa. Un havre de paix et de fraîcheur qui fait du bien comparé à la frénésie de Marrakech. Un énorme coup de cœur.

La chambre manquait un peu de chaleur et était très sombre

Le riad est très beau, la chambre est grande et le personnel est serviable. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et le Riad se situe dans une rue calme pour le centre-ville de Marrakech. Le menage et les serviettes sont changées tous les jours.

Lit très mou et beaucoup d’abeilles au petit déjeuner qui gâchent un peu le moment.

Otel peri masalından çıkmış gibi, tesiste çalışan herkes çok güler yüzlü.. Otelin temizliği çok iyiydi, otel çalışanı güvende hissetmemiz için bizi ara sokaktan taksimize kadar bile eşlik etti. İki ayrı odada kaldık, odaların dizayni ve görseli çok güzel. Şehir merkezine yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Keşke daha uzun kalsaydık

Located just a short walk from the taxi drop-off point (about a 2-minute walk), which was incredibly convenient—some riads are much farther from where you’re dropped off or picked up.

Everything!!!! We have stayed in many times now on our own as a couple, with our parents and this time for the first time with our baby. It was perfect from start to finish. The staff are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We love everything about this riad it is wonderful

Nothing all perfection

We unfortunately only stayed in this riad for one night before leaving, but in our short stay, we can say the staff were very friendly and helpful, the riad was beautiful, stylish, and clean, and the breakfast was tasty. The pool and spa looked and sounded lovely, but we didn't get to use them. Finally the location is quiet and good for exploring the southern parts of the Medina like the palaces and tombs. Would recommend and stay again.

Nothing - however, the bathroom could use a high up hook for the shower so you are not restricted to just using it as a hand/sit shower. Also worth noting that this Riad does not seem that accessible due to lots of stairs.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana muy agradable en este riad y, sin duda, lo que más nos gustaría destacar es la atención de todo el personal. Desde nuestra llegada hasta la salida, fueron excepcionalmente amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, haciendo que nuestra estancia fuera mucho más cómoda y especial. Fue una pena no poder desayunar en la azotea debido a la presencia de muchas abejas, pero esto no es responsabilidad ni del riad ni de su equipo. Además, reaccionaron de forma impecable, buscando rápidamente una solución para que pudiéramos desayunar cómodamente en el comedor.

Si tuviéramos que señalar algún aspecto a mejorar, diríamos que algunas zonas podrían beneficiarse de un poco más de mantenimiento. Aun así, la excelente atención recibida y la buena experiencia general hacen que nuestra valoración sea muy positiva.
