"Clean room, good breakfast, odd staffing/casual lobby situation."

Very easy to access, clean, and the value including breakfast.

Carpets needed replaced in most common areas, side door was broken and inoperable. Biggest red flag wasn’t until the morning when we checked out. During breakfast, a little girl was running around unattended and barefoot. Realized it was the front desks granddaughter. Appeared her adult daughter had a room just off the common dining area. Not sure if she had paid for the room, but they were using the dining area, front lounge and reception desk as if it was their own house. Very unprofessional and just disruptive. Beyond that, our stay was great.
