Que no hay señalamientos o indicaciones que Al Acceso al hotel es por la Plaza Forum, DEBEN indicarlo claramente o hacerle un acceso exclusivo para no dar vueltas buscando el acceso. No me gustó la expresión de los recepcionistas, debería ser más atentos, más serviciales, más amables. Parece que les incomoda que lleguen clientes a registrase, teniendo reservación y mostrando una identificación preguntan que sobre la reserva, la empresa, cuántas habitaciones, qué tipo, etc. Algo falla.
