"Softball Tournament Visit"

This location is an average location with large rooms that are a little dated but overall not a bad place to stay. I did not like the fact that the room doors are outside verses being in a hallway. I prepaid for my trip prior to check-in and the property charged me again after checkout. A few days later I was going over my credit card charges and found that I had been double charged and contacted the property. They admitted they had made a mistake and would process a refund in 8 - 10 business days. What a slap in the face, you make a mistake and I have to wait 2 weeks for you to correct it. I wonder if I had not found the error would they have contacted me to correct themselves.

"Very friendly staff and very clean room"

Was in town for work. The room was very clean and they provided full housekeeping every day. That's rare these days. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing missing is a luggage buggy and an elevator.
