The Room was spacious and clean but the best part of my stay was the staff. The staff was amazing and I have to give kudos to Diego and Jay who was more than helpful and accommodating during my stay. Because of these two staff I would rate my stay not just a 5 but a 10! Thank you for your hospitality! And thanking the management team who hired them!

The Sheraton Carlsbad resort and spa did not disappoint. Everything was wonderful. The staff was amazing especially Taryn. She went above and beyond to make sure my family was happy. I will definitely book a stay here again my next time in Carlsbad.
We can’t say enough about how great this hotel is. From location to the customer service at check in it’s all around a 10. The pool is awesome with a beach style walk up, 4.5 feet max so our boys can reach and we feel safe letting them swim. Wish the waterslide stayed open longer but no biggie The 2 queen rooms are very spacious the property is beautiful. Awesome family hotel we love it Family of 4 kids age 7 & 10

The place is clean and staff are very helpful. Restaurant is Conveniently located close to the lobby. Pool is nice and easily accessible. We’ll definitely consider this hotel for our next visit.

For being such a large chain, the front desk said hello and called us by name each day. Very accommodating and simply a lovely property. The valets were so polite and helpful (thank you Jack, for your outstanding service). All of our friends and family (wedding guests from all over the country) complimented the choice of properties. Excellent job everyone!
