Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv war das kostenlose Zimmer-Upgrade, über das wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, jederzeit gerne wieder.

So odd that we were probably 2 of less than 50 guests at this enormous resort hotel. Staff was outstanding. Food good. I think the shower in our room was magnificent! Not a single complaint. The few guests we met and spoke with were terrific people. My husband played golf and tennis, while I visited the spa. As a spa owner, I was disappointed, BUT not from a less than great service. It was just that a place like that should not have been only half operational. Yes, I know, only 5o guests in the entire place, so I understand. However, that didn’t lessen my disappointment. My therapist was excellent and obviously wanted to please. I give her 5-stars. I hope this great place has much success.
