The staff at the restaurants and bars, extremely amazing very helpful. The food was great. The drinks were great service all around outside of front desk was absolutely fabulous. The Bellman helpful the tram, drivers amazing guest services in the middle of the facilities so helpful especially Laura Moreno if you need any help that is who you want to help you . Room service great!

Our room was overpriced for what we paid for not updated as we were told that we were in the updated portion of the complex. Very basic our air conditioner did not work. I called several days. Nothing was done ruined the first three days of our tripThey could’ve fixed the air conditioner right away. They kept saying it was working they never fixed it. I had to go up there on day three and demand either they give me a refund for the three days or move me. They eventually did move me reluctantly this should’ve been done automatically when they couldn’t fix it, but they kept telling me nothing was wrong with it. The room was at between 62 and 64° for three days I was miserable and my daughter was miserable. They could’ve refilled the refrigerator daily instead of me having to call every day like they were supposed to. They could’ve been a little bit more helpful at the front desk. The customer service with the front desk was not helpful and the rooms were not updated for the price that I paid for my vacation and the true rooms . I think they were overpriced. For $4700 from my room way overpriced for a basic room with a king size bed. I think you can find something cheaper and get the same quality of service.

The beach is beautiful. The hotel is huge and there is a bit of everything. Choices of restaurants. It was nice and quiet at night

I stayed at the hotel due to a wedding. Its usually not my kind of accommodation as I found it very busy. It was too hard to book a table at any restaurants. Some employees were very rude and got slightly aggressive if not given a tip. Its an absolute no-go!

Le personnel de l’établissement a été extrêmement professionnel et agréable, en particulier l’équipe de Seek & Go qui organisait les déplacements, notre assistante personnelle Samantha, le personnel du SPA ainsi que celui des restaurants. Tous les extérieurs de l’hôtel étaient très bien entretenus et soignés ; c’était un vrai plaisir de parcourir chaque jour les quelque 12'000 pas entre notre chambre, le restaurant et la plage, car le chemin était vraiment féerique. La plage, également, était vaste et propre, agrémentée de petites visites de coatis à la recherche de nourriture. La mer, à l’exception de quelques algues qui s’accumulaient près du rivage, était idéale, avec une grande zone pour marcher dans l’eau, ce qui est parfait aussi pour les enfants. Le large choix et la variété proposés au restaurant principal ont été très appréciés par notre famille : nous avons toujours trouvé des plats à notre goût et, bien évidemment, la cuisine mexicaine était parmi les meilleures !

L’hôtel affiche des tarifs et un classement 5 étoiles, mais le niveau correspond plutôt à un standard 3-4 étoiles européen. La chambre était éloignée des restaurants et de la plage, ce qui nécessitait une marche d’environ 15 minutes à chaque allée et retour ou une longue attente pour le service de navette, souvent saturé. Sa finition pas de haut standing, très vielle et pleine de defaults. De plus, la chambre souffrait d’un taux d’humidité élevé en raison de problèmes d’aération ; nos vêtements ont été endommagés par la moisissure et nous avons dû en jeter plusieurs. Nous avons trouvé des larves vivantes dans notre douche et quand nous avons demandé une couverture supplémentaire pour notre enfant, la réponse a été négative. Apparemment ils n'avaient plus de couvertures dans tout l'établissement. Sur les 8 restaurants annoncés, seuls 3 étaient ouverts pendant notre séjour. La piscine avec toboggans, choisie pour notre enfant, a été fermée pour maintenance après deux jours, ce qui a limité les activités pour le reste du séjour. Il était également impossible de retirer de l’argent pour les pourboires, tous les distributeurs étant hors service, et le personnel n’a pas proposé de solution alternative. L’accueil lors du check-in a également été décevant : un certain Josue nous a reçus de manière très expéditive, nous indiquant que si nous souhaitions une chambre plus moderne, il faudrait payer un supplément, et cela avant même d’avoir vu notre chambre. Aucune carte explicative sur le resort, le wifi ou d’autres informations utiles ne nous a été remise ; l’intérêt principal semblait être de nous proposer une chambre de catégorie supérieure à la junior suite, moyennant un coût additionnel. Un service loin des attentes pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

It is a large complex. It took 15 minutes to walk from the lobby/ family area to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay, food was amazing, had a room close to the elevator which made it a bit noisy from time to time.
