indoor pool was great because weather wasnt good. and restaurants were good and convenient

extra charges for checking in an hour early and an hour later

It was nice to be so close to the beach and all of the activities on the strip

It was dirty and essentially falling apart. Our room was in the “south tower “which is apparently a kin to the other side of the tracks. The hallways were caked with dust and dander, and what looked like spots where people had either spilled or peed on the floor. The elevator didn’t work we almost got stuck inside of it. Our room looked decent at a glance however, there was dark crinkly hair in the sink, when we showered, it seemed like there was no regulator on the hot water, so it would go from one extreme to another and by extreme I mean scouting to ice, and while our balcony could see the beach, it was dirty, and the furniture on it was almost unusable and broken. The floor and side tables in our room were so crooked that we couldn’t leave anything on the nightstands when we slept because they would roll off, the vanity dresser that held the refrigerator was broken on nearly every door and drawer, and while we may do the listing included a hairdryer, and there was not one. It was also quite interesting that there was a cat clawing tree as a side table.

The front desk employees could use some training!

I loved the location near the beach and the fact that we had a nice view from our room balcony of the beach. The room itself was nice and was clean. The restraunt and nightlife also seemed very active and fun.

The parking was difficult because we had to rely on Valet. Valet was good, no issues just that you have to wait for you car evwrytime you want to go out and subsequently tip - in addition to the $25 parking fee which is charged per day! For an overnight stay I paid almost $85 in parking at the hotel/valet and strip. The room itself was great though the mattress felt pretty hard.

Location was wonderful!!!You are steps away from relaxing in a lounge chair on the beach. Had a great experience. The updates to the property were very nice since the last time I stayed. The place to stay on Hampton for sure!!!

The location

We got there around 5:30pm and our room still wasn’t ready. We checked in and left to have dinner (no restaurants on property were open). Once we called and found out our room was ready at 7pm, we went back to our room. Our room was dirty (roach and dirt on the floor), our TV was broken (however, the staff was great and tried to help. It took 45 minutes but we fixed the TV).
