Nice staff

Stayed here for 4 nights with our kids. The room was spotlessly clean when we arrived and they did a great job every day with housekeeping. We loved having direct access to the pool from the ground level unit. The hotel is definitely showing its age but everything worked okay. The staff were friendly and helpful in helping us to book a golf cart and whenever we had questions. I’d definitely recommend eating at Lily’s Treasure Chest next door too. Location was pretty handy to everything in town.

This property is right on the beach right in town and close to a water taxi doc. Very clean and the employees were amazing.

The property was dated. Pool very small

The property was clean, well secured from busy streets and had good beach access (not swimmable but good views).

The room lacked basic amenities like paper towels and things to support the kitchenette. The resorts location was off a very busy street in the middle of San Pedro, because of this it lacked a feeling of seclusion & relaxation. Filtered water situation not ideal, had to leave room to access filtered water.

We loved having a nice pool and restaurant / bar on the beach. The location was excellent - close to everything you would need. The room furnishings weren’t exceptional but the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The waterfront in that area was rather trashy

The hotel is conveniently centrally located in San Pedro which allowed us to walk around to the various restaurants and shops without having to rent a golf cart. The hotel is also two blocks away from the Caribbean Sprinter water taxi which was very convenient too. The staff are very friendly, the facilities were clean, and the room was very comfortable. There is a book swap if you finish your book, towels were provided, and the AC was the best we've experienced in Belize.

Water is provided but it has a strong chlorine taste so we purchased our own water.

The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and accommodating. They communicated with me before arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. They also helped with arranging taxis and tours and giving suggestions of sites to visit.The room itself was comfortable and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. The location was close to the beach but central enough that we could walk to restaurants and the supermarket. It was also nice having a kitchen and microwave in the room for those times that we didn't want to eat out. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to visit again.

The pool was a bit small

This hotel is in walking distance to everything. I only rented a Golf Cart to go to secret beach since it’s further out. The staff was very helpful with getting me one and helping me with excursions and everything else.

Very nice rooms with a beautiful view. Close to many restaurants and shops. Really like the location.
