The room was dirty no towels. We asked for a new room. They moved us. The next room had bugs a broken TV. No towels. We asked to be moved again. And was told there was nothing wrong with the room and we could leave if we did not like it. That's was the manager. So we asked for our money back. And left. At first he did not want to give our money back. Still waiting for the money. He said he had to pit it back on the card we used. And it could take up to 30 days to get it back. Will never stay there again.

Había una cucaracha en el baño muerta, olías demasiado, pero muchísimo a cigarrillo las fundas de las almohadas. Pareciera que nunca las habían lavado. Las sábanas también estaban muy sucias y olía un poco mal.

We rented two bedrooms, and both required all the bed linens to be changed because they were dirty and covered with hair. The towels are of poor quality, and the condition of the carpet is also quite poor.
