Our stay at Hotel Palma Real was pleasant and quiet. Me and friends had a great time here and we’re definitely coming back!

Es muy bonita, solo que con el aseo de las habitaciones les doy un 8

It was a wonderful stay, none of the bad comments about Palma Real were true, have to be in place to confirm that.

The Bellboy Favio was excellent. He made our trip super great

I don't understand about bad comments of this hotel, all of them are lies, it's a beautiful place here, i'm very happy. It's better than the other one in Tela, more secure and private. No strange people around and cheaper.

En general tiene muchos paisajes bellos , buena playa, me viera gustado que en la alimentación se implementara más comida con mariscos ya que es lo que se espera en un lugar de playa.y en las habitaciones mejorar los colchones ya que están demasiado duroa

Listen to complains! Ot cannot be to read many complains about safety, AC, Comfort but obviously they always make the same mistakes! In the old building there is no WiFi, the AC is not working, Rooftop Fan not working, electrical sockets hanging out of the wall whocg can cause to death, especially kids dont knkw the risk!!!!! There are maybe good points here in the resort, but this os because of above mentioned issues not important at all! Also there is no possibility to reach the Lobby to complain, except you start walking for 15-30 minutes in the darkness to reach the Lobby! I wish i can give 0 Stars!

Me gusta la vista y paisaje que tiene. Pero siento que las habitaciones no están completamente limpias.
