The rooms given to us had a terrible stink, they had no roof over the varander. When we were braaiying our meat and fire was soaked by rain. We called reception for assistance to get a portable braai stand but got a attitude from the lady at reception she didn't assist us at all. We had to drive back to the local town at night to purchase a portable braai stand dogding potholes in the blistering rain.

The staff were so amazing! Specifically Raymond in the dining room and the 2 chefs at the carvery/action stations. Sorry i didnt their names.

The jacuzzis werent the cleanest, rings of dirt around the top and it was early in the morning so it must have been from the day before

The staff at the Bistro was welcoming and friendly

The stay was not worth the cost

The pools was in good condition

The breakfast was not as good as before, not the same variety Use to have fish, mince and mushrooms etc

The hot natural spring pool outdoor and we were allowed to swim until late

1. The location - the drive the gravel road 2. There wasn't a shower head in my bathroom 3. I booked 2 self catering, the stove in 1 room was not working 4. Not much facilities 5. Not halaal catered 6. Place not maintained and upgraded 7. The hydro pool smelt of urine 8. Redo the bathrooms

The facilities are great. Staff are friendly.

We don’t eat beef, which made the dinner buffet quite disappointing. The spread was heavily centered around beef, with only one other curry option that seemed to be chicken. There was no mutton or other meaningful alternatives. We raised this with the head chef, but unfortunately, he said there was nothing he could do. We even asked if a simple alternative like roast chicken, or fish could be arranged, but that wasn’t possible. In the end, we were left with just chicken curry and some vegetables, which felt very limited given it was a buffet. If you don’t eat beef, I wouldn’t recommend choosing the buffet option, as most of the offerings cater to those who do.
