Nice bed, friendly and helpful staff. Nice size room. The only downside was the air conditioning shut down after half an hour and you had to restart it. Room got hot while sleeping. Great location.

Excellent hotel. Location very central to the town and on site parking (albeit you had to pay) was very useful. Stayed for 2 nights with my husband and son and would definitely return

"Great stay in Tenerife"

We had a nice couple's stay at NH Tenerife. The room was clean, and we found the service great. The location seemed to be in the main tourist part of Santa Cruz, which was nice for us. Every nearby restaurant was great and didn't feel particularly "touristy" (in a good way), though that obviously could've had something to do with the timing of our visit during peak Omicron. Our room was on the top floor, which meant we were directly under the rooftop bar — it wasn't too loud, though. We rented a car for our trip and found a huge paid parking garage just on the other side of the main plaza, a short walk away. The hotel, and area, had everything we needed! Would recommend.
