Extended Stay America Suites - Portland - Beaverton Hillsboro - Eider Ct

Room had some weird smells and it was missing soap and shampoo. Beds were supposed to be queen and we got 2 full beds instead. Additionally, there was hair in the bed linens and towels.

The location was convenient.

There wasn't soap, shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. I asked the front desk, and she said, "we usually do, but are out right now." She then opened a drawer and said here is some shampoo, handed me two bottles. In the morning, all that was available for breakfast was oatmeal packets. No spoons, no bowls, just the packs of oatmeal. They were also out of coffee. No staff to ask.

A tad expensive. Lots of homeless around property.

Cocroges every where in the rooms

This property is the example of its name being Extended Stay. The expectation of customer service I feel is provided and definitely practiced here. Although all places can always use extra cleaning, you can tell that this place has been around and will stay around because of it’s astounding customer service it’s where people have a heart.

My family and I have stayed here several times. The staff is amazing friendly helpful never a fuss or an inconvenience. They are proud to help you anytime. I noticed that they get their rooms done very quickly and let’s be honest over 90% accurate as far as a cleaner goes, everybody is on time for their tasks to be sure that they’re working through their shift getting their side work done so they can get out on time. I’ve never seen a bunch of women work together so well as they do and yet provide the service as well I think it’s amazing. I think they are the best crew I have yet to see and I thank you very much for being available. Thank you once again for a great night stay.

Was sent into a room that had someone else was already staying in. Received a new room without a king bed and air conditioning didn't work. Arguments in hallways at night, very loud. Front desk was very apologetic and kind.

They said we didn’t show up because we arrived at 1 am from a late flight. Expedia made it right
