"I will never be back again"

The staff and management was very nasty

Need to be clean more, need new management asap very disrespectful, not professional at all , I have been going there for years they have never had such a nasty manager like this one , I called trying to get information about my refund, she gets nasty and hang up on me , what kind of leadership is that suppose to be

"The worst stay."

The location is okay

Customer service is the worst. They make me complete a form and than stated I don’t need the car info. Charged my credit card instead of a hold to my card. No coffee in the room. Non smoking building but there was a faint smell of smoke/ cigarettes. People were loud and couldn’t sleep. Worst of the worst.
