This was an amazing experience!! I stayed at the tree house and ut was literally out of a fairytale!! The jacuzzi was awesome as well as the view from the deck/room. Maria made our stay extra cozy and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for a romantic getaway. We came here for our 1yr wedding anniversary and are definitely coming back!! Thanks again castlewood cottages for the amazing experience!!

"A fairytale book stay that should definitely be on your to-do list."

The room was amazing it felt like it was right out of a fairytale story the view from the porch was beautiful and parking was easy to find which was convenient. We also loved how close it was the the Big Bear village so we were able to get food easily and walk around the small town.

The only issues we had was with the jacuzzi there is a suction jet that my husband and I cut ourselves in when just trying to adjust in the water it has a strong suction and it sliced his nail we were unaware to look out for this and would have liked to be aware to not hurt ourselves and hope others who are just as clumsy can be aware of this to prevent injury.

Was cute as it could be.

There was no AC and just one fan in the room. We went 4th of July weekend. Was hot and even with windows open all night when we woke in the morning the room was still 78. Curtains are thick and don’t allow much air to flow.
