There was no bar service at the bar or by the pool. There were dirty glasses left on the bar for more than a day The lack of toiletries in the bathroom

Location very good.. towels great size

Very corporate hotel. Couldn't access the library as being used as a changing room. Shower on last morning not very hot. No English tv. No coffee just tea left. Mini bar expensive it

El hotel en general esta bien, uno de los mejores hoteles de la zona, la parte de fuera tiene una plaza con comercios para comer y desayunar muy buenos, tal vez por que fui e una convención habían varias personas que estaban como un estresada y las contestaciones no fueron normales.

El checking se hace muy largo el proceso por lo que la cola es bastante larga, y un detalle seria poner escobillas en el baño, porque es muy incomodo tener que limpiarlo.
