"I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton on the lake."

I liked the location, the pool and the breakfast was really good.

I didn’t like that the room didn’t have a microwave, and that the water in the bathroom sink didn’t get hot. Additionally, I was given a $50 credit per day but was only allowed to use it for dinner and that was not specified when I booked the room.

Room sizes are good and spacious Outside area/pool are well kept. Good vibe around the pool, with nice food. Area around the hotel has lots to do with a good vibe.

I am deeply disappointed by the treatment my party received at the J Hilton Resort Hotel in Dallas. What should have been an enjoyable experience turned into one that felt uncomfortable, disrespectful, and discriminatory. We felt singled out and treated differently from other guests, which left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected. No guest should ever feel judged or mistreated because of who they are. Hospitality should be rooted in respect, professionalism, and equal treatment for everyone, and unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, investigates what happened, and provides better training to ensure no other guests experience this kind of treatment. I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

We had an amazing stay here. It was romantic, and the view was perfect to celebrate our anniversary. Everything was in reach; we didn't have to drive anywhere after checking in.

It was clean but not cozy.

Staff is not very interactive. Polite but stand off’ish. Mattress & pillows were not comfortable. Pillows are flat.
