Very ni e hotel. Would highly recommended

Old and somewhat dirty room. No a/c in lobby.

Sheets were clean but looked old and worn. There were chips behind my bed. The bathtub was clean but looked old and rusted. The water was cold!

When I first arrived, I noticed the pool was green and murky. I told the front desk that I was here to swim in the pool and she guaranteed that it was OK to swim in because her children were swimming in the day before. I was there for four nights in the pool was never cleaned and never ready to swim in. There was no compensation given by the hotel because it was paid for through Expedia. The staff was not very nice about the situation and said there was nothing they could do about it.

Did not stay there, poor customer service. I waited at the front desk for almost ten minute, guy did not acknowledge me for 10 minutes

Very convenient to shopping, dining and area attractions.

All but one ice maker is broken. The clerk explained that a new owner was why the sign off says $50-100 but she automatically charged me $100. The bathroom on lobby floor smell like mold. Our room is nice except the vent fan in the bathroom is VERY loud.

You get what you paid for! Nothing works properly at this hotel. Stained sheets. Very old towels. Shower doors dirty and rusted. TV remote barely works. Pool super dirty. And breakfast was HORRIBLE! No eggs. No nothing! I regret staying at this hotel.

The room is average, and the bed was comfortable. The television did not work in my room, the pool is out of service. The patio furniture was dry rot. If you are looking to unwind and relax, this is not the place. Management and staff have trouble with comprehension. Because the television and pool were working, I asked for a refund. I was told "No" because the pool is a free service. I will never stay at a sonesta nor will I recommend to it too anyone. The customer service during my checkin was horrible. It was a disappointment.

On every floor it smelled like weed! The room was clean enough for a one night stay and the common areas were immaculate.
