Excellent stay with tasty food. Location is in city center with access to all important places. Would highly recommend this hotel.

After an already exhausting journey, I ordered tea and snacks—unfortunately, the experience set a poor tone right away. The tea quality was substandard and basic service expectations, like serving it in a flask, were not met. The next morning at breakfast, the situation deteriorated further. Reception handling lacked professionalism, staff response was indifferent, and the food spread was underwhelming. Hygiene standards were particularly concerning—items like salt and pepper were visibly unclean. When highlighted, the staff casually replaced them from another table without addressing the root issue. A simple request to pack a few muffins for the kids could not be accommodated due to lack of availability, reflecting poor planning. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing stays. Service quality, hygiene, and basic guest sensitivity were all below acceptable standards. Strongly recommend opting for a better-managed property if you value a minimum standard of experience.

I would like to bring to your attention that the service has been very slow. Whenever we raise a request, it is not being addressed in a timely manner. Additionally, there has been no proper communication or updates regarding the status of our requests. This lack of response is causing inconvenience. Kindly look into this issue and ensure timely service and regular updates going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The location, atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall amenities are excellent and really enhance the experience. The vegetarian food is absolutely delicious and stands out in quality and taste. However, the non-veg starters like chicken tikka and fried fish were just about average and could be improved.
